Terms of sale

These terms cover what you buy on lapakpro.store from Nirama Devi.

1. What Lapak Pro is

A device for Android phones that works together with the Lapak Pro app, sold as one product. It does not find you work, it does not talk to any ride platform, and it has no connection to Rapido, Ola, Uber or Porter.

2. The risk you take

Rapido, Uber, Ola and Porter do not allow automation in their driver apps. If they detect it they may warn you, suspend your account, or remove you permanently. That risk is real and it is yours. We cannot appeal it for you and we do not refund a Lapak Pro because a platform acted against an account.

3. What comes with it

The box contains what our product page lists under "What is in the box". Anything offered as an add-on when you book — a cable, an adapter or similar — is an optional extra, priced separately, and is sent in the same parcel.

4. Booking and payment

Bookings are prepaid. The price shown at booking is the price you pay, including taxes where they apply. A booking is confirmed only after the payment is verified — for UPI payments that is normally within a few hours.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are on our shipping page. Delays caused by couriers, weather or an address we cannot reach are outside our control, and we will keep you told rather than leave you guessing.

6. The product key

Each device comes with one product key. It unlocks the app download and ties the app to one phone. Sharing a key does not give anybody else a working device, and a key attached to a refunded order stops working.

7. What we do not promise

  • That any particular booking will be accepted, or that your earnings will change.
  • That every booking is read correctly. Driver apps change their screens without notice, and when that happens we publish an update.
  • That it works on every phone. It is for Android, and some phones will not take it.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the device. We are not liable for lost earnings, lost bookings or account suspension.
