Shipping & delivery

Everything we sell here is a physical product, packed and sent by courier inside India.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 15-20 days of the payment being confirmed. Devices are made in small batches, which is why the window is longer than an ordinary online order — we would rather say 15-20 days and mean it.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in India that our courier partners reach. We do not ship outside India.

Charges

Delivery costs ₹49 and is shown separately before you pay.

Tracking

The day your parcel leaves us you get an email with the courier's name and the tracking number. The same details appear on your order page.

If nobody is home

Couriers usually try twice and then hold the parcel at their branch. If it comes back to us we will contact you and re-send it once; a second failed delivery is refunded minus the courier's charges.

Wrong address

Check the address on your order page as soon as you book. We can change it any time before dispatch — write to us with your booking number.
