This page covers lapakpro.store — the shop. The app has its own privacy notice, which it shows you before it asks for anything.

What we collect here

• Your name, mobile number, email and delivery address — without these we cannot send you a parcel.
• What you drive and which apps you use, if you tell us. It is optional and we use it only to send setup help that matches your phone.
• Your payment reference and, if you upload one, your payment screenshot.

What we do with it

We use it to take your booking, ship your parcel, answer your questions and keep the books the law requires us to keep. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anybody except the courier who delivers your parcel and the payment provider who processes your payment.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records for as long as tax rules require. Payment screenshots until the payment is confirmed and a reasonable period afterwards.

Write to us to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it.
