Lapak Pro is the device edition. The device and the Lapak Pro app work as one: you set your rules, and it takes the bookings that match them while your phone stays in your pocket.

Your product key
Sent with your booking. It unlocks the Lapak Pro app and ties it to your phone.
Anything you add
AGARO Type-C to USB OTG Adapter, USB-A to Micro USB Data Cable can be added when you book, each priced separately, all in the same parcel.
How your order works
- Book here and pay. We confirm your booking and email your product key.
- Your parcel is dispatched and you get the courier and tracking number.
- When it arrives, install the Lapak Pro app with your key and set your rules.
- Anything you cannot work out, write to us — we answer within 2 working days.
Lapak Pro is for Android phones. It does not work on iPhone.
Questions people ask first
Do I need the Lapak Pro app as well?
Yes, and it comes with your booking. The device works with the Lapak Pro app, and the app needs the product key we send you.
When will it reach me?
15-20 days from booking. You get the courier name and tracking number by email the day it is dispatched.
What if it arrives faulty?
We replace it. Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or a short video and we send a replacement once the faulty one reaches us. Full details on our returns page.
Does a cable come with it?
The box has the lapak pro device and your product key. A cable and an adapter are offered as add-ons when you book, each priced separately — tick the ones you need and they travel in the same parcel. If you already have them, skip it.
Can I order more than one?
No. One device per driver — it is built in small batches and tied to one phone.
Can I pay when it arrives?
Not yet. Bookings are prepaid, which is what reserves your unit in the batch.
